Great atmosphere and staff

We loved the spacious room and the friendly staff who helped us with everything, but the wifi was pretty patchy, making it hard to plan things. Still, the lovely restaurant was a real treat!

The guesthouse feels like a hidden gem with its charming ambiance and friendly staff. Waking up to lush greenery and the sound of birds was delightful. Proximity to Palolem Beach made every sunset special!

I faced a few cleanliness issues with the room. the linens and towels were not as fresh as expected. The need to request daily cleaning was slightly inconvenient.

My stay was marred by cleanliness issues. the linens were old with noticeable marks, and while they did change them upon request, it shouldn't have been necessary. The towels were equally subpar, with only a single one provided, forcing us to ask for more. the lack of automatic room cleaning added to our frustrations during the stay.

Spent 6 nights here, and it was canny lush! Staff were dead helpful, especially Naresh and Paul in the restaurant. Scran was champion! Just wish the rooms had a bit more soundproofing, but you can't beat the location—5 mins from the beach!

It was just a fitting option for a weekend jaunt in Palolem, with exceptional value. The manager was really helpful and always around to assist. Pick a room with A/C for a more comfortable stay.

Palolem offers a delightful garden restaurant where meals are prepared to please both Indian and Continental palates. The cleanliness and comfort of the superior rooms enhance the experience. Every morning starts with the mornings' charming sounds of birds chirping, making breakfast at the Avocado Garden an absolute pleasure.

Friendly staff made the check-in process smooth and even organized our airport transfer. The upgraded room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day out. Dining at the nearby restaurant was a highlight, especially the delicious Asian street food options, although the wifi could have been more reliable for planning activities. The sound of traffic at night was a little disruptive, and while the lovely gardens added a serene touch, the convenience of access to the beach came with a bit of a hustle over uneven paths.

The location is ideal, just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and a leisurely stroll to the main attractions. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always available to assist. Breakfast at the restaurant is a highlight, especially enjoying the fresh French press coffee along with the delicious breakfast plate.

The parking situation can be tricky, making it slightly inconvenient for those traveling with a vehicle.

A lovely place just a short walk from the beach! The owner and staff were super friendly, always checking in to make sure we were good. Hot water was always on point too. We enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant—so tasty! Just wish the parking situation was a bit better, it can be tricky.
